I provide individualized therapy for clients with diverse backgrounds and past life experiences. My approach to therapy is with curiosity, sincerity and warmth to understand the client on a deeper level and foster a trusting relationship with them. I draw from trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to help the client navigate
through their challenges and progress to their goals.

I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University San Juan, Puerto Rico.  I completed my APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at Astor Services during 2022-2023 providing services at the outpatient clinic and residential treatment programs to children with severe and persistent mental illness. My dissertation research was focused on self-compassion and trauma-related symptoms after adverse childhood experiences with Puerto Rican young adults.
