I provide customized therapy for individuals, families, and couples, considering diverse backgrounds and cultural nuances. Whether in-person or via telehealth, I address a range of concerns, incorporating religion and spirituality as desired. Using psychodynamic theory and acceptance and commitment therapy, I help clients navigate challenges, align goals with values, and develop coping skills. My extensive experience encompasses various demographics, fostering a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
My qualifications include a Doctorate of Psychology from Regent University, and I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Biola University’s counseling center. My research focused on testing the effectiveness of religiously accommodative mindfulness training materials delivered online.
